Michelle McCool and Layla vs. Eve Torres and Natalya

We go to the ring and out comes the new Divas Champion Eve with her partner Natalya. Out next comes LayCool. We see a backstage video earlier of LayCool talking and some tension in the air. They end up being cool with each other and blaming the Royal Rumble loss on the referee. McCool and Natalya start the match off. Natalya takes her down early for a 2 count. Another near fall for Natalya. Natalya takes McCool back down and they go back and forth on the mat. Layla is tagged in.

Layla comes in and drops the the mat, scared of Natalya. They go back and forth here with Layla screaming. Layla jumps into McCool’s arms. Layla comes back into the mix and Natalya suplexes her for a 2 count. Eve comes in and dropkicks Layla. More kicks from Eve and a clothesline. Eve hits a standing moonsault for a 2 count. Layla kicks Eve in the gut but Eve puts her on the top rope. Natalya comes in and it distracts the referee. McCool runs over and decks Eve, allowing Layla to hit her Facelift stunner off the top. Layla pins Eve for the win.

Winners: Layla and Michelle McCool

We go to the ring and out comes the team of Layla and Michelle McCool. Out next is their opponent, the WWE Divas Champion Natalya for this handicap match..

The e-mail alert goes off and Cole has an e-mail from the RAW General Manager. He’s making this match a Fatal 4 Way with Natalya vs. Layla vs. Michelle McCool vs… Eve Torres. Out comes Eve. The bell rings and they go at it. LayCool double teams Natalya and then Eve. Natalya comes back and unloads on LayCool. Natalya slingshots Layla into McCool and covers her for a 2. McCool pulls them both out of the ring. McCool runs and takes out Eve. It’s only LayCool in the ring and they stare at each other, looking confused.

Natalya and Eve come in to take out LayCool. Eve and Natalya go at it with each other. Natalya goes for a sharpshooter but Layla breaks it up. Natalya hits a double sharpshooter on Layla and Eve at the same time. McCool comes in and it’s broken up. Eve gets knocked out of the ring. Natalya takes on both Layla and McCool, going back and forth. Natalya rams Layla into the corner and works her over. Natalya with a spinning clothesline and Layla goes down.

McCool tries to kick Natalya but accidentally kicks Layla and drops her. Natalya pins McCool for a 2. Natalya shoves McCool out of the ring and she falls on her head. Eve comes in and takes out Natalya. Eve hits a moonsault on Layla and pins her. The referee counts it but at the same time McCool is pinning Natalya. Eve is declared the winner as he didn’t see McCool pinning.

Winner and New WWE Divas Champion: Eve Torres

- After the match, McCool is furious that her pin wasn’t counted.

Kaitlyn and Kelly Kelly gave clotheslines to Michelle and Layla respectively. Later, Kaitlyn gave double clothesline to both of them when match referee sends Kelly Kelly to her corner. Similarly, Layla left that ring and match referee officially started this divas tag team match.

Michelle gave an elbow kick to Kaitlyn to start this match, but Kaitlyn escaped from her boot shot but Michelle received clotheslines from her challenger and slam. Layla holds the Kaitlyn’s leg to divert the concentration. Michelle McCool utilized this opportunity, delivered boot shot and pinned Kaitlyn. Lay Cool celebrated their tag team victory and Kelly Kelly checked condition of her tag team partner Kaitlyn.

And this Sunday at the Royal Rumble, WWE’s Mean Girls will be double trouble for reigning Divas Champion Natalya when they challenge the sexy, smart and powerful Hart Dungeon graduate for the coveted butterfly-emblazoned title.

For the past several months, Lay-Cool has been determined to cut down Natalya at every turn, but they seemed to intensify their torment following the 23rd annual Survivor Series, where the pink-and-black clad Diva silenced the boisterous BFFs in a hard-fought 2-on-1 Handicap Match to attain the Divas Championship – her first title in WWE. Supported by a returning Beth Phoenix, Natalya made Lay-Cool feel less than “flawless” just weeks later at WWE TLC, where she made both Layla & Michelle taste timber in the first-ever Divas Tag Team Tables Match.

While the Hart descendent more recently turned her attention to new No. 1 contender Melina, Lay-Cool has been determined to become WWE’s top Divas once again. After Natalya turned back the Latina lovely with the legendary Sharpshooter on Raw, just six days before the Royal Rumble, SmackDown’s torturous tandem stormed onto Monday night’s hottest show to remind the Divas Champion that Lay-Cool had yet to invoke their rematch clause, and would challenge Natalya in a 2-on-1 Handicap rematch for the title at the Royal Rumble.
